Chris began his career at a young age while first observing — and then assisting — his master builder father in the San Francisco Bay area. He cultivated his craft over the years by working his way up through the ranks, first as an apprentice framer and then finish carpenter, crew foreman and, later, independent contractor. His work at Richard Holz Inc. continues to inform his experience at Lyons Development. He is best known for building strong ties with local contractors, vendors and homeowners. Chris finds immense reward in turning a vision on paper into a finalized building in reality. He is an avid fan of art and live music, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons.
